【発送】発送予定日の確認方法
【発送】送料はいくら？
ご注文1件につき、国内一律500円（税別）です。
なお、海外への送料は一律1,000円（税別）ですが、配送先の国または地域で、関税・消費税が発生する場合には、お受取人様のご負担となります。

How much is the shipping cost?
A flat rate of 500 yen (tax not included) is charged per order within Japan.
However, if customs duties and consumption taxes are charged in the destination country or region, the recipient is responsible for paying them.
Only one shipping address can be registered per order.
If your order includes multiple destinations, please place an order for each destination.
【発送】発送までの目安を教えてほしい
ご注文（ご入金）から発送までの目安は以下の通りです。
【平日】
前日13時00分〜当日12時59分までのご注文（ご入金） →翌営業日より3〜5営業日以内の発送
当日13時00分以降のご注文（ご入金） →翌々営業日より3〜5営業日以内の発送
【土日祝】
ご注文（ご入金） →翌々営業日より3〜5営業日以内の発送
【長期休暇（お盆、年末年始）】
長期休暇明けより、順次製造し発送します。
期間の詳細などは、事前にメールにてお知らせします。

※上記はあくまで目安となるため、注文後の注文受付メールに表示される発送予定日をご確認ください

海外への発送はできる？
海外へ発送可能です。
購入情報の都道府県入力欄にて、「国を選択する」を有効化することで、日本以外の国を選択することが可能です。
「国を選択する」が表示されない場合は、ブラウザの言語設定と各入力項目が紐づいているため、言語を日本語以外に変更（追加）することで、自動的に項目が変更され、国及び州等の選択が可能です。
送料は一律1,000円(税別)ですが、配送先の国または地域で関税・消費税が発生する場合、お受取人様のご負担となります。
リストに表示されない国への発送について
「国を選択する」で表示されるリストに含まれない国への発送をご希望の場合は、「中国」を選択してください。その上で備考欄に正しい国名を記載してください。
※郵便番号、氏名、住所、電話番号は、それぞれの欄に入力してください
郵便番号にアルファベットが含まれる際の入力方法
郵便番号欄は数字のみの入力となっており、アルファベットが含まれる郵便番号に対応していません。その場合には「0000000」と入力し、備考欄に正しい郵便番号を記載してください。

Can you ship overseas?
We can ship internationally.
You can select a country other than Japan by activating the “Select Country” option in the prefecture input field of the purchase information.
If you do not see the “Select Country” option, the language setting of your browser is tied to each entry field, so changing (adding) a language other than Japanese will automatically change the field and allow you to select a country, state, etc.
Shipping is a flat rate of 1,000 yen (tax not included), but if customs duties or consumption taxes are charged in the destination country or region, the recipient will be responsible for these charges.

If you wish to ship to a country not included in the list displayed under “Select a Country,” please select “China. Please enter the correct country name in the remarks field.

How to enter a postal code when it contains alphabetic characters
The postal code field is for numbers only, and does not support postal codes that include alphabetic characters. In such cases, please enter “0000000” and enter the correct zip code in the remarks field.

一部商品のみ届いたが残りの商品はいつ届く？
商品の発送に遅れが生じる場合、ご用意のできた商品から先行して発送をすることがあり、残りの商品もご用意ができ次第発送します。
予約商品を含むご注文についても、予約商品以外の商品を先行発送します。

【商品】お手入れ方法について
お手入れ時は洗濯用ネットをご利用ください。
また、塩素系漂白剤は使用しないでください。
プリント商品の場合、摩擦や熱によって剥がれや割れ、色あせが生じることがあるため、乾燥機は使用せず陰干しをオススメしています。
刺繍商品、無地商品の場合も、劣化スピードが早くなってしまうので、同様にお手入れしてください。

Please use a laundry net for care.
Do not use chlorine bleach.
For printed products, we recommend drying in the shade instead of using a dryer, as friction and heat may cause peeling, cracking, and fading.
Embroidered and plain products should also be cared for in the same way, as they will deteriorate faster.
【商品】商品のにおいが気になる
プリントを綺麗に定着させるために使用する、前処理剤のにおいです。
一部のプリント製品の製造過程で、プリントを綺麗に定着させるために前処理剤を使用しています。
つんとした酸っぱい匂いですが、人体に影響はなく、国際安全基準をクリアした処理材を使用しています。
水洗いだけで完全に落とすことができるため、気になる方は着用前に水通しをしてください。
袋から出さないまま長時間経過すると、湿気などでにおいが強くなる場合があります。
商品到着後はなるべく早く開封してください。
