Payment deadline

キャンセル・返品の対応

※製造時の許容範囲（例：わずかな位置ズレ等）に関しては、基準を満たしている場合には交換対象外となる場合があります。
Cases Eligible for Exchange
If the item received differs from your order
A different item was delivered
The quantity differs
The embroidery position or design is clearly different
If the item has defects
We will process an exchange if the following defects are confirmed:
Print defects such as missing ink, smudging, or stains
Embroidery defects such as loose threads, misalignment, or missing stitches
Sewing defects, fraying, or tears
If the size received differs from the stated size
*Please note: Defects within manufacturing tolerances (e.g., slight positional misalignment) may not qualify for exchange if they meet the standard tolerance range.
